Your Lake County A.R.E.S. functions primarily as a public service organization with local control of it's activities under the guide lines of the elected A.R.R.L. section manager.
There is no cost in becoming an A.R.E.S. member to be able to help the Lake County community in times of need. We are a non-profit organization, affiliated with A.R.R.L., O.E.S., and Red Cross.
Lake County A.R.E.S. operates on the KA6JJW repeater 146.775 mhz. with a negative offset and a P.L. of 88.5.
There is a roll call every Wednesday evening
on the KA6JJW repeater 146.775 mhz. at 7:00PM
