CLear Lake Fall Carpin

October 27th & 28th, 2001

My good friend Professor joined Mary and I for some carp fishing at Clear Lake on the weekend of October 27th and 28th, the results are below:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Saturday October 27th

We all had a great day. Mary caught 9 carp including a new PB of 17 pounds and a 13 pound channel catfish, Professor caught 4 carp and a 13 pound catfish and I caught 10 carp and a 19½ pound catfish.

Most of the fish including the catfish were caught with plain bread dough rigged on a hair.

Sunday October 28th

The fishing was a little slower on Sunday morning and we packed it in at 2:00pm just as the action was heating up. Mary caught 7 carp up to about 14 pounds, Professor caught 6 carp up to 15 pounds plus a 12 pound catfish and I caught 5 carp up to 14 pounds plus an 11 pound catfish. All the fish were caught with plain bread dough rigged on a hair.
